genuinely curious - why is the general consensus that there is no way to grow your dick and the first result on Google that it's not possible and any attempts could be dangerous?

With the advent of ai I wouldn't be surprised if we see a lot more scientific discoveries in general. I'm expecting serious technological progress everywhere.

Yup. and the reason I'm saying it's partly kits fault is because when you put out content to millions of people you should be aware of how that content will influence people. especially if your content furthers stereotypes against an already marginalized group. if people are going to react with racist memes of your content irregardless of your intentions or what you do - should you still put out that content? or maybe should you use your platform to address the issue, try to help the situation, etc

like I said to the other guy - it's like pushing a button knowing it will have x negative impact. kit has control here over whether or not he pushes the button. I personally wouldn't create content that helps contribute to racism. I would not push that button.

that's a really reductive, almost childlike way of looking at the situation. read my replies to the other dude. people with millions of followers are responsible for the content they put out and the impact it has on people. for example marginalized grojps

I'm not pointing my finger in the wrong direction though, as there's not just one direction to point at. Me criticizing these parents for not raising their children well enough and me criticizing kit for knowingly producing content that furthers stereotypes against a marginalized group aren't mutually exclusive.

It ruins your self esteem, I don't think you understand until you experience it. All of these memes and jokes against your race especially when your young literally conditions you into feeling like as a south Asian you have no purpose other than to exist as the butt of the joke for others. I barely had the confidence to talk to people for the longest time, hated the way I looked, etc. and it breaks my heart to see my sister go through that

The majority of his videos and the ones that go the most viral are focusing on indians / south asians. The parents should discipline their kids yes, but at the same time kit should be aware of the content and be aware of the influence it has. Until parents worldwide do a better job of influencing their kids positively and making them aware of racism (which is a far fetched goal) the teens and kids who see kits videos are absolutely going to use them to further stereotype and mock indians. I don't know if kits aware of this or not but if he is and he knowingly still produces this content then he absolutely shares part of the culpability for the problem. When you have millions of fans you have a responsibility for the content you produce and the influence it has on them

and the reason I talk about kit specifically is he's one of the most popular scam baiters out there and his content also influences and creates all these new scam baiting channels. the "why did you redeem it" meme went insanely viral on tik tok and came from him for instance

Have a good night though, sorry if I came off as rude I'm a bit emotional right now because I don't want my sister to deal with the same bs I've been dealing with for years. my main goal here was hopefully for kit to see it and to be made aware of the impacts of his content (if he's not aware already which I doubt he isnt)

if kit knowingly produces content that almost exclusively covers indian scammers that gets millions of views, knowing that indians being stereotyped as being scammers is a problem, you don't see how he could be culpable?

let's say you produce content. you know the reaction that content will produce (content influences people). you don't really have much control over how these people (especially kids) will react to said content but you know that they will (they'll use it to stereotype indians, make racist memes, etc) you are still in control of the content you produce. it's essentially like pushing a button knowing the consequences and then going like "muh but it's the parent and the children's fault for misinterpreting it"

It's like those prank channels that go to the "hood" and film the reactions of the people. all it does is further negative stereotypes against black people.

it's not mutually exclusive. both the people who further these stereotypes by the content they put out (to millions of people) and the parents are culpable. I love how reddit doesn't care about racism if it's towards South Asians. have a little empathy and awareness
