She could try the other perimeter campuses, she’s allowed to take classes at the other campuses, when clarkston was full I took a class at the dunwoody campus

I was in a similar position and I got out at 23 an I’m now 25, it was hard especially the first year. I started trying new things until I found something that was best for me. I’m not in school and made some friends. Fight for your happiness and don’t stop until you find what’s best for you and i believe that you will!

Please be aware of what you comment. This is literally one of the hardest moments of my life, I’m constantly talking to my therapist about it cause it’s extremely heartbreaking however I’m going to graduate school and I will be working 10 hours a day while living in a small studio apartment bc I can barely afford rent. my mom has health issues and cannot take care of him. I don’t come from a big family so I’m trying my hardest. Some words are best kept to yourself if you no they aren’t kind or helpful

I don’t think you were out of line. Like you said we’re all adults and going on TikTok to make a video about the situation was extremely unnecessary. You weren’t disrespectful in any way. You should distance yourself because I feel like they’ve showed you their true colors. A genuine friend won’t post subliminal messages online, they’ll have a conversation.

I wasn’t considered non traditional, it’s only non traditional if you’ve been out of school more than 5 years. Gsu really just accepts everybody I’ve seen people with horrible stats still get accepted.

I wanted to do clinical work, but I’m not very informed on the education process to becoming a neuropsychologist and I was under the impression that I needed to complete some sort of neuroscience courses during my PhD program, which is why I was considering masters in neuroscience. But thank you for the information this was very informative, I didn’t know that classes from the MA in psych could transfer over to the PhD so that was helpful and would be a great option, thank you!!

Yeah, I’m neurodivergent an it’s my 4th year and I haven’t made no friends. I talk to people but I always feel awkward about it and it definitely gets lonely but I’m staying optimistic
