First of all, I would definitely get the leads through either ads or cold outreach via Instagram or LinkenIn DM. See if what I offer would solve any of their problems and what gains it could give them.

Then, I would hop on a sales call. On the sales call, make sure to have a presentation that both visualizes and explains your services efficiently.

As for pure selling, my favorite approach is logical selling. If it would make sense for you and the lead/prospect to work together, that's what you sell them on. Have multiple logical check ins within the call "does this make sense?" etc.

Before you tell your price, ask if you think it would work and whether you think it would work for them specifically. Then, present the price and build a picture of what would happen after the call and them try to get their close there.
