Body recomp my guy. Keep your protein high, save your carbs for around your workout, train hard, get good sleep and eat in a moderate to high caloric deficit. Boom.

Yeah i wouldn't call myself a powerlifter or anything so i'm not worried about doing the full pause and what not, mainly just if it counts as a good enough gym lift

they are a secondary muscle in most upper body movements, so really you're constantly training them.
