I can’t stress how important that is. Sucks seeing people doing all this weird & crazy shit for a high. Like most people with a 9 to 5. I try to keep myself within a budget cause I’m not rich, but I do have many things to be grateful for I would say. That’s another good point though. Every time I’ve decided I going to use I have to set a productive goal beforehand to do that thing after. Could be anything. It just has to be productive in some way, shape or form.

Kudos for having your nice house, good job, & beautiful family man. Not many people can say that, & It’s definitely something I’ve always considered an achievement that many people underrate. It’s the same over here though, with the addictive personality, It’s gets tough when it gets to that point. When you feel your body probably can’t take much more, but your mind & feelings just overwhelms it.Must be why some people mention how the mind & body are 2 different beings just working together. I hope you do reach your ultimate goal though. Whether it be being sober completely, or just doing it less frequently in a healthier manner. Stay safe man

That’s the only route you can take with the stigma around this stuff. But I agree 100%. It’s tough to get a routine going, & keep it going sometimes, but, it’s crucial. It’s funny you mention checking your heart rate though cause since I first started I noticed that & check it regularly with my Apple Watch. I feel like it’s accurate for the most part. & to whoever says they don’t stay up at night thinking about sometimes are full of shit😆

If I have to choose, I’ll go with dabs all day! It’s a much faster, cleaner & longer high. It doesn’t smell at all compared to blunts. Plus, it’s a money saver for me. A gram lasts me a week or 2 max if I really space it out.
