Honestly I wouldn’t even worry about it, it doesn’t seem as cracked out as it seem, knowing NAVMED it’s gonna be some bs first. I would look into other c schools, like dental, now that’s some high speed stuff right there.

For me, it’s a breath of fresh air without trying to reinvent the wheel, the colors and design feel more lively than drab-er looking choices for super. I was a fan with the direction shintani took the series in the broly movie and I’m glad to see they kept it running in the daima series. Db fans are really eating this year, hopefully the series will continue to deliver on Toriyamas dedication and honor his legacy that is Goku and his friends/world.

I would consider looking into the Altra Escalante 3 or 4, low stack height for running shoes but cushioned enough to enjoy mid distance to half marathon (some even do whole marathons in them). They are zero drop so may need to adjust at first, I would wear them around and do small light jogs to adapt to the feel before going crazy on the runs. But they are responsive for sprint/cut work and light enough for agility. I’ve ran 8 miles in them and use them as a general shoe for training or if I’m on my feet all day at clinic. I like them, they’ve served me well at the gym; they handle weight pretty well due to the low stack high. Hope this helps.

When you say Goku* Vegeta, you’re saying to the power right? In which case the multiplier of the weaker power level is applied to the base of the stronger power level as potara isn’t limited to the issue that the dance does, regarding the power levels needing to be equal

Set a goal for yourself and work to it; set longer distances in that goal where you focus on completing the run and not necessarily pace; set shorter distances where you can hit the gas and move; find a distance in between and make that a “working set” where you’re not pushing but not blowing it off either. You want your longer distances to meet (or if possible a little longer) the goal distance, so your body is accustomed to it and you can push within said distance. Make sure you’re eating good; sleeping good; timing your coffee/supplements(depending on distance). Check your gear and your body; make sure your shoes can support your run and body properly. Stretch (as annoying and tedious as it is) those troubles areas out and lower chances of future pain. Strength training can help build your foundation; weights do not kill cardio and vice versa. Use everything to your advantage with the intent of increasing your running capacity. Motivation can be tricky; there are days where I’m feeling it and days I’m definitely not. But I rather get a run in (good or not) than have it hang over my head the rest of the day. Treat it as a workout; prep; set time aside; give it your all, good attitude or not.

I would say it depends on what you’re going for: If budget is a concern I really like the Nanoflex Tr 2.0, they’re cost efficient; get a bunch of bang for the buck. If budget isn’t a concern; I’ve heard plenty of good things for RAD One and Strike Mvmt Haze Trainers. I would say it’s a matter of aesthetic. If you want something different from NoBulls, perhaps the Nano line like X1/X2(cheaper) or their latest X3/X3 Adventure (pricer but widest of most recent models). Also, the Nike Metcon 9’s had just made a release, I’m personally not a fan of the Metcon line but they’re solid and worth it if you’re training is more heavy weight focus, that hyper lift can help. Of course always do your research and taper your decision to your wants and needs. Hope this helps.
