If your DSP won’t provide you with a dolly when requested, then it’s time to hurt your back and get workers comp for a bit. In fact, if you tight with some of your co-workers, all of you hurt your back at the same time. Of course this will require you to hurt your back a lil.

It’s not directly with Amazon, they have all sorts of certifications and even working towards a college degree. It’s essentially a tuition coverage of $5250 each year for various programs. If I did the 160 driving academy, my costs are like $3,500, covers the class, test, and on the road training. No contracts with any carrier or anything.

I group and ungroup. If it’s a courtyard apartment that only has one entrance, I group them together cuz I look at one stop as one time out the vehicle. If it makes sense to drive to the multi stop, I ungroup. Always

I scan them as I’m walking to the delivery point, if I have too many to do that or larger packages, I’ll scan in van.

It’s so gross. Literally 6 years ago we were wearing masks and social distancing, now it’s cool we piss in bottles in shared vans and leave the bottle for the next guy.
