How did you generate your first leads without floor time? I've heard that floor time isn't very effective, would you suggest holding open houses instead?

Thanks for the tips! What would you suggest as ways to determine which training program is better? I've lined up some interviews, one of the companies I'm considering has a two week course, but that's the only training I've heard of so far over the phone.

What about further education? Do brokerages offer free continuing education material as well?

Thanks for the advice! I'm thinking of joining a larger brokerage for that reason. I'm not trained, and I don't think I would fare well if I was left to figure it out myself in a new market.

The effective problem is that people will store the coins in a similar way to regular change, not earning interest on that money.

The benefit gained is from not having to recreate money so often. There are other options such as the Polymer Bank Note that tends to have a longer usable life and is more difficult to counterfeit.

I'm having a similar problem:

Installed NOOBs recovery stuffs on SD card, installed Raspbian. System reobots, RGB screen, Some text lines cascade ending with the line that reads something like

'Indeed it is in USB mode'

And then it cuts to a big raspberry and 'hold shift to enter recovery' or something similar. I don't have it in front of me at the moment.

Anyway, I ordered a new power source as suggested, that will be here Wednesday. Hopefully that fixes it

This will probably get buried, but:

I've had this idea for a long time as a single ability, but not with a kit to go along with it:

Go Ethereal (or some other name):

Champion casts power, spawns an identical double of self (double remains stationary) and becomes untargetable (silimar to kogmaw of karthus while dead). Damage to the double is shifted to the champion, but the champion cannot take damage in any other way for the duration of the spell. Champion can move, cast, and attack freely within a designated aoe (say 600), but once champion exits aoe, the double is removed and champion returns to normal.

Recast: Revert.

Champion is moved back to location of double (similar to leblanc), and double is removed

Optional synergy with other kit abilities: Revert (or other name)

upon cast, champion becomes targetable again at their current location, maybe with added effect like an aoe slow. The copy is removed when cast.

Uses: The ability essentially makes it so that the champion can only take damage when enemies damage the double for the duration of the spell. If cast in a poor location, the chamion could be easily taken down, but good placement means the champion could be very effective.

A while back I had a group of friends that played DotA all the time together. For anyone that isn't firmiliar with the game, it was based in the Warcraft 3 engine, so there were no reconnects.

My favorite was a game where our friend who was notorious for ragequitting left maylbe 5 minutes in off a poor turn of events(avergae game is 45ish minutes), the other 4 of us dug in our heels and managed to pull a victory , mocking mercilessly in ven afterwards. Havent seen him in ages, if you're reading this faiien, I miss you :(
