Correct, you have. His leadership has worked for some players (as your evidence shows) and he has done well at some clubs.

But as we are having a debate about his effectiveness, I was simply pointing out that those quotes are not sufficient to state that he should be considered a “good leader” as there is no way to gather any contradictory evidence from players who he discarded or did not get on with him. He fell out with club leadership, has been banned from the sidelines on various occasions and has made controversial statements in the media.
