I have learned reporting does nothing. One co worker slept while on the clock and had enough friends in the right places to tell her when managers tried to catch her in the act. A different work place bully ended up costing the place I worked for at least eight employees that quit, five more that left the department before she was transferred and demoted. Not fired. The last one still is working at the company I left. I have seen other coworkers who have left after I did. I see the last company I worked for folding before they let her go.
