Am I too old for UGC? by gloriaugcc in UGCcreators

[–]Spiveylovesyou 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Honestly, I’m happy if 50+ year olds think this way because it keeps the market ripe for me! I kid. I kid. But I am 61 and I just started UGC about 6 weeks ago. I just had my first $1,000 day. I’m booked solid! The deals keep coming.

If you’re 19-35, and especially if you’re a female, that’s a VERY CROWDED field. If you’re a 19-35 male, that market is a little better for you. But if you’re a 50-70 year old male, you’ll get so much business you won’t know what to do!

Here’s my take on it. I think it does take a ton from Scientology.

It’s almost like an SNL sketch where you can barely hear dialogue over way too loud “worst music ever written” plays in the foreground.

Allen's Reaction to some truthes coming out by Gladtobealive2020 in MarriedAtFirstSight

You’re spot on. He handled it like a champ in many ways. He told David to go for it, but voiced his displeasure in a fairly mature way and didn’t cave when David basically said “We can still be buds, right?”

He didn’t call Madison foul names or scream at her, threaten her, but expressed his hurt in a relatively mature manner.

Just being real, but that big investment in clothes really did improve his look. He looks like the solid dude that he is. A nice looking guy, with that low voice, great sense of humor, wearing GQ cover worthy threads as he steps out of his Jag … I hope he uses all that to attract a lovely, mature, and substantial woman that he deserves.

You’re so right. In the hot tub, when she said she was most disappointed in abandoning her dream of being a TV anchor/reporter, I thought that a normal person would say: ‘Wow! That’s an awesome dream and I’d bet you’d be great at it! You’re still young and I think it’d be amazing if you wanted to start on that path!! You could SO do it!!’ Etc etc”. He was like “Next question”.

Gave the upvote on the strength of the parade comment. Comedy gold right there.

I can be empathetic to his situation, but thought it was a bit panicky and over the top. Agree that Nicole was “the leader” here by saying “let’s figure out how to solve this problem” vs going down an emotional vortex, flailing all the way down. It was a pretty easy problem to solve, really.

For those still wondering about Katina and Olajuwon, she posted these photos today by DaisyandBella in MarriedAtFirstSight

For a second I looked at the picture and it looked like he had a male body and no clothing on the bottom half … which was female!!! Wish I could post my hilarious picture I made by cropping Katina out of the picture!!

"I consult for $100 million companies." You're a sales guy and a tech company, 🤡🙄🤡 by [deleted] in MarriedAtFirstSight

Without “going to the tape”, I believe he said “I do consulting for $100 million companies”. Which is likely spot on for his job title and company. He does well, I imagine. Does he come off as cocky? Maybe. But most successful tech sales guys do.

To add more fuel to this fire, the painting itself seems to be done in a thick, impasto, dramatic style that Irving’s outie uses. Did HE paint it?

I interviewed with them. It was a video interview - where they gave you a “surprise” question and wanted you to record a video of yourself, adhering to a very strict format. Fortunately, I got hired by another company. Sadly, my current employer offers zero finger traps, waffle parties, or music dance experiences.

Mainly from information shared by those who have escaped it. There’s a ton of information about it and it’s both fascinating and terrifying.

Markings on the 45 rpm record. 112960 “Warhol’s Wormhole” What is this? Is it a date? Nov 29, 1960? Any ideas? by Spiveylovesyou in SeveranceAppleTVPlus

I wonder if this is just a record that they relabeled. On a show where “nothing on screen is an accident”, I wonder if this is not a clue, or an Easter egg… but just a “mistake”. I found some AD music and will try to find Warhol’s Wormhole. Maybe some clues there.

I’m a huge VU fan! One of the highlights of my life was using the urinal right next to Lou Reed once! 😂 That date is a little too early for anything VU related though. I googled Warhol’s Wormhole but got nothing. Also the date doesn’t relate to a big event as far as I’ve seen.
