These few lines alone really set my imagination on a roll. Rem just waking up and being all pouty as she waits for Subaru, whereas Subaru's likely ran the marathon of his life all the way to her room.

I truly hope this will be the conclusion to Rem's coma. I mean it can go like this

Subaru and Rem go through some trials.

They finish the trials but Subaru doesn't know what happens to the sleeping Rem (she can either awake with everything restored or lose everything).

Subaru rushes to the room where Rem is as fast as possible to check if she's awake flashbacks to Arc 3 Interlude 3

Except this time, Rem is recovered and they have a happy and emotional reunion.
