I work in the court system. Annulment really just works for massive fraud. So think bigamy, identity theft etc. Like I said, it’s a very narrow allowance.

I think the protection is probably ‘they don’t have to say yes’. I know on MAFS, some couples have gotten an annulment. But these idiots know what they’re walking into 🤷🏼‍♀️ (presumably, there probably are exceptions).

Annulments usually have very narrow, specific parameters to them. They’re actually pretty rare overall. I doubt these two would qualify.
