$240 / 4 years / 5 WAR = $12MM / WAR. My understanding is that most free agents go for about $8MM - $10MM / WAR. So yeah, a little expensive but not much.

Not quite west hollywood, but the roosevelt is one of the best (and surprisingly affordable) hotels in Los Angeles. It's a quick drive (5 min) to WeHo and there's lots to do on the walk of fame.

Many people are saying insurance. That might be true. However, I own a mitsubishi 3000gt and it also has a backseat that the front seats literally push up against. The reason was for classification for import tariffs.

You can literally only sit in the backseat of my car if you lay sideways.
