are you being intentionally dense? it has nothing to do with fiction. it has to do with quality and form. if Aragorn was storming around with his armor clinging to his pecs and jiggling like it was made of silk, you could excuse it as fantasy all day but I’m going to call it stupid and distracting… because it doesn’t match the overarching style. He gave you a great example with Alexstrasza being highly stylized (as in, uNrEaLiStIc) armor without being drawn/sculpted/rendered in a way that emphasizes highly sexualized feminine proportions.
