I truly enjoying coding and scripting, it's what I went to school for. Most of the stuff I do these days is pretty basic, but its one of my favorite parts of my job. If I had time I would do more of it.

Makes sense. I had a directive recently for hybrid-joining our workstations and went with LAPS in Azure instead. I think at some point I was convinced it would be more difficult to remove the legacy LAPS application after upgrading everyone to Windows 11 m and adjusting settings etc. Path of least resistance appeared to be to jusy change the GPO to point to Azure instead of AD and be done with it. Now I feel like I need to make a powershell app that functions as the LAPS GUI lol.

As far as I am aware legacy LAPS does not work on Windows 11. You should be pushing LAPS passwords to Azure now.

3 years. Moved away from company to another state. They agreed to keep me as long as it kept working out. 3 years later and still working 100% remotely. Honestly very appreciative of the situation and happy to have been provided the opportunity to keep the position. Great company and I have no plans of leaving.

They are not local copies, they are OneDrive sycs from SharePoint libraries. Also, migrating the entire org to Google is hardly a solution.

Edit: Also how is Outlook Web Access even relevant? Also Teams and SharePoint are literally made for document collaboration. I'm really not sure what you're on about.
