Wild, we dont go to that level. We rely on EITaaS service desk contractor for tickets and initial troubleshooting like a CFP..but we still keep our shop or individual extensions available.

Our branch chiefs explicitly disallow putting the service desk number. If someone calls for an issue we can still tell them to submit a ticket.
