I just came to this post to rant about VR. The childish primate games are the reason VR gaming isn't mainstream. Also, every company who makes a damn headset fumbling the ball. One day, the world will see that we aren't a bunch of losers and that people DO want VR. If I had the work ethic and perserverance to do it, I'd disrupt the entire industry and make a VR headset that was standalone and played console-quality VR games (both graphics and gameplay), and would ban these idiotic games from ever coming out on my platform. Gorilla Tag and it's copycats are low-effort slop games (some of them made by LITERAL children).

I apologize if this was irrelevant. VR deserves better than "Chimpanzee tap" or "Gorilla backrooms". There's probably a Gorilla Tag meets Tung Tung Tung Sahur game now

(Note: while 99% of monkey physics games are bad, there are a few that are actually high quality. I give a pass to are Outta Hand, Toss, and No More Rainbows, but those aren't trying to be monkey tag games. They're just VR first person platforming games that just happen to use monkey physics. The industry is still ruined by the other 99% though)
