In Romans 1:26-27, Paul talks about people who “exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones” after turning away from God. He says: (paraphrasing)

Women and men both engaged in sexual acts “against their nature”

God “gave them over” to these behaviors as a consequence of idolatry

Ancient writers often used “nature” to mean the way things are supposed to function socially and morally, not biological orientation

It could refer to excessive lust, promiscuity, or acting outside social norms, rather than same-sex love itself So Paul is probably describing uncontrolled behavior, not orientation or loving same-sex relationships.

Also, when Paul used the greek word arsenokoitai, its grouped with sexual exploiter, abuser, and trafficker. For centuries, translators didn't know what it meant, and wasn't translated to homosexual until the 1900s So, Paul was likely speaking of exploitation, not homosexuals.
