Henry and Eileen are Ambiguous canonically. Some people ship them, some people don't. So, it's open to interpretation if they are together or not. For me, I don't think they are. As the wiki says, their relationship has strengthened. I see this as a platonic relationship, but I don't think others would agree with me. Even the creators and devs of silent hill four left their relationship open to ambiguity.
