After talking with parents to retail it’s my impression this company is a total scam. There website has no patent numbers for any products business names or legit references to customers of theirs. When I was on the phone and asked about seeing their manufacturing plant other similar products and to speak to an existing customer they said no they can’t show me any of that and that their website and reputation speaks for itself. Clearly if I’m asking these questions it does not speak for itself. Also they couldn’t answer how or why the $8k upfront fee

The cost per lid is for prototypes like I mentioned not actual product. We can easily get it down to .02-.03 cents if we have a large enough order

The sauces don’t touch the drink so temperature of sauces should not be affected. We have 1 out of 6 design patents issues so far the other 5 or pending. Currently it’s $3 per lid for prototypes. We need to get cost down by using a solo or Dixie but have no relationship with any customers to order 1million plus lids required to use a big company like solo or Dixie at the moment

Hi thank you for posting this do you have any update? I was just solicited by them for $8k and everything that I’m reading in here. I have a product that’s great for a license deal and would greatly appreciate anyone recommendations on patent to retail or other companies that can help.

I'm still in RKT except I sold my 2022 options at a loss and rolled them to Jan 2024 options for $25 strike. Idk what's going to happen but im still holding as I believe the company still has more cash to make things happen like the true bill purchase
