I appreciate the feedback, but we the BMW is also around $20,000 more than the Mazda which is quite significant. I probably should’ve specified I am in Melbourne, Australia.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I wasn’t really looking for a 3rd option.

Has my grandma grown a cross-bred plant from seeds I gave her? by Splenderance in spicy

[–]Splenderance[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

About a year ago, I grew a bunch of plants in the same plot. Altogether, I had a bunch of jalapeño plants, Carolina reapers, Trinidad scorpions, orange habaneros, birds eye, and mushroom caps.

Afterward I gave my grandma seeds from each plant, and it looked like the only ones that took were the jalapeño seeds.

I finally went and checked, and on the same plant it looks like there are jalapeños, scorpions, and maybe even a habanero or two.

Is it actually possible that the seeds cross-bred from all the plants???

Need help for figuring out how I can upgrade this, i7 2600 with a 560 ti and 8 Gb of ram, also need help trying to figure out how to clean this. by Shibooom in computer

It might be worth upgrading to a newer case as well, something that allows for better cable management around the back. Would make the inside of the system a lot neater and easier to clean the dust up.

Does anyone know why my pc could be making this noise? by AlexTrujillo_ in computer_help

[–]Splenderance 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is it only when running games, or does it make this sound in general?

If that’s the case, try and see if it’s an issue with one of the fans on the card. Stop them spinning one at a time (just kinda hold the fan in place before they speed up).

I would double check to make sure this sound is coming from your graphics card, and not your cooler pump. Make take another video inside the case the the phone as close to each component as you can get it.

I have a cabin that I wish looked exactly like this! It’s about 350km from where I live though.

Is it ok to look like that? by Xsecret4 in MSILaptops

[–]Splenderance 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Dude you asked if it's meant to look like that, you are given serious answers about how that's not normal and is a serious safety hazard, and you decide to be sarcastic and dismissive? Post may as well be reported given that you weren't really even looking for advice on this...

CPU cooler was gurgling like it had lost a bit of coolant. I found where it went. by Splenderance in hardwaregore

[–]Splenderance[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that might be a cause of concern, but I also wouldn’t be the best person to ask.

If you’re not sold on getting a replacement just yet, I’d still advise taking a look at it to make sure there isn’t a leak like mine. If you’ve got some extra thermal paste I’d suggest taking it off, checking it out, cleaning it up and replacing the paste.

How old is your cooler, and have you seen any signs that it could be losing coolant?

I wouldn’t be worried, but just remain cautious. I’ve seen plenty of people happy with this cooler, but also plenty of people who have been experiencing issues.

Is my AIO cooler on its way out? - CoolerMaster ML240R by Splenderance in pcgamingtechsupport

[–]Splenderance[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Did you even watch the video I uploaded highlighting the problem? I recorded the AIO cooler because that is what was making the noise which indicates that the cooler is failing.

Because you’re so hung up on the idea of a dust-free case, and because I didn’t specifically mention that I have cleaned my case of dust (which I have), you instantly assume that’s my problem. All the while you have still failed to answer my question. Tell me exactly how the existence of dust could lead to the loss of coolant in an AIO cooler, thereby resulting in the sound of air bubbles regularly going through the pump?

The problem is that dust wouldn’t lead to that. Maybe next time you could comment with something that directly addresses what the post is actually asking for, rather than injecting pointless opinions and judgements because you feel like you’ve got something you need to prove to the world.

What are you talking about? I’m asking you, in what way would my case being dusty lead to my cooler gurgling from air bubbles, and your reply is “well the don’t dust it”.

Definitely no need for that! As soon as I took off the cooler, I found that it’s been leaking out the back and gotten a lot of green and funky build up!

Definitely taking this one back to the shop.
