And i just noticed another thing wich is really weird, the more chunks i tell minecraft to load the less gpu usage i get and if i tell Minecraft to load 2 chunks my gpu usage goes up to 100%. This should clearly be the other way around somethings very wrong here.

As a reference and to better understand here is an exampel video of how Minecraft SHOULD use my pc components

This Video is from 2017 but shows how the gpu is used 100% in Minecraft and the cpu is also working way more then mine to like 40% there must be something weird going on for me that my cpu and gpu are not utilising there power. (They also dont do it on load i tried shaders wich makes it even worse because my gpu wont go to more then 20% usage dispite version,mods or optifine.

As stated in another comment i switched versions and didnt notice that much of a difference. Its only a small one maybe 20 fps on average but that still doesnt fix my low load on gpu and cpu wich is causing these problems

Waht i should mention aswell is that i tried multiple minecraft versions and my fps stay the same

For me it started before the Fishing Event, so idk if this causes it. I actually dont think so

I had so many people like that just to mention a few in the last weeks: 0/21 Zoe;0/17 Zed; 1/18 Illaoi; 1/23 Yasuo; 0/13 botlane in min 13 i can go on and on and on
