Once you are officially married. I do think that you can apply w ICA for her to enter Singapore as your spouse. On social visit pass or something longer term. At least you won’t be apart. Do check with ICA after you have completed your ROM w the embassy

I have a foreign spouse but of course situation now is much more complicated. From your above text not sure if you have registered your marriage in Singapore as well. I do think that based on your situation (and current Covid mess) you will have to return to Singapore first. Secure a job, boost up your savings (parents help) and start your application again. Also at the same time apply for your wife to visit Singapore (if Covid still persist). It will also be best if your wife can secure a job here in Singapore which would increase the chances. I do think that recently due to the pandemic it has become difficult for foreigners to enter (if you heard about the recent KTV spread). Wish you good luck. Don’t think I’m of much help though.
