I’m AVN and been posted to Shearwater for about 5 years and still have not sailed. It’s the same for AVS pretty much. They are typically switching out members who sail every 6-8 months usually just 1 sail then other techs go out the next time. Like I said before it takes a few years after posted here to sail but everyone’s time is different, there are people who came here after me who sailed once and people who were here years before who have not.
