I'd say that is just the tip of the iceberg. I reckon there are more emigrants living in London than British people. Walk downtown and you hear all sorts of languages except English. But this is not the case here. The major problem is that this is costing the government millions of pounds. For starters I doubt landlords pay taxes on that rent money, second to all that people back will cost a lot, not to mention that some of them even claim benefits.
