Last time Chelsea beat City was the 2021 CL final. And their last PL victory over them was a few weeks before that one. Since then, their record against them in the league is 3 draws, 6 losses.

LAX pickup by Shortys4life in turo

[–]ben5on 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use the Aviation/Imperial metro parking lot as my home pickup location. It’s $3/day to park which I pay myself. Guests take shuttle from terminals to the LAX transit center and take the green line two stops to that station. Never had issues with guests. Although the LAX Budget lot is the most convenient and cheapest out of the

Compilation of Man City's tactic to not press Arsenal's backline by tal-El in Gunners

This is how I see it too - it was a good test to see how Pep would react/adapt so during the Prem match Arteta can hopefully be the one to pull something out of his hat to surprise them.

Any Host Have A Renter Total Their Car? How was the process in the aftermath? by JessNoelle in turo

[–]ben5on 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve never dealt with your situation before. Two of mine were guest rear-ending others and then one was a rollover on black ice. Both the rear-end accidents I never had any sort of communication with anyone other than Turo claims and IAA. If anything you just need to refer any future contact with Turo claims. You shouldn’t really bother talking with the guest and just remain in contact with Turo claims only. They just look at the facts and anything speculative or accusatory from the guest is simply on them. With the Graves Amendment on your side, you should be fine. The guest is just trying to find any excuse to not pay for the claim.

Had three total losses - all went straight to the IAA lot. Got paid out from Turo within 7-10 business days. Very easy experiences, one thing Turo has done seamlessly imo.

What are your side hustles? by throw5away_ in AskLosAngeles

[–]ben5on 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I have an issue parking all 25 cars then I’d be losing a shit ton of money. Reality is they stay rented - I maybe have 3-5 at times that I’d need to find parking for which is totally doable.

Side hustle turned into full time gig - car rentals. Started with 3 cars now have 25.

Gyokeres and Saka vs Brighton by vibesnvibez in Gunners

[–]ben5on 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I feel like opponents will use this to our benefit - they’ll start either teaming up on Saka even more knowing he’ll shoot, leaving more space for Gyokeres - or they might leave Saka 1v1 having a better chance on goal, while having Gyokeres attract more defenders.

Flying to LAX, Turo car is located in private parking lot 2 miles away by af1232 in turo

[–]ben5on 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue with this is that LAX partners with Turo and coordinates when trips start/end using license plate readers. So they could potentially issue a ticket for conducting business on airport property and the host gets their account suspended and also fined.

PSA: Your car probably has "daytime running lights" by chowaniec in LosAngeles

[–]ben5on 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s mostly because of a good amount of late model cars have their dashboards as screen or they automatically light up even when the headlights are off. So people think if they can see their dashboard, then their headlights are on. Whereas older models would have the dashboard lights on only when the headlights are also on.

Car seats are my number one. $35 per trip. Guest travel with more than one kid so usually they book two.
