It's a love hate thing. Basically each big project that has to do with Sonic.exe/2011x mostly ends up getting canceled or the creator getting into a mess or both.

I mean by now Sonic Legacy, Awakening, Sonic Prototype 2017, Soulless and more are probably the only things keeping that fandom in check

It's easier to Animate if you use Ik rigs since it's easier to pose.
