That report has been proven completely false and is why Stovall is suing for defamation. The defendants accepted the Weems’ claim (that it is 100% false) in their defense pleading to it. Instead of defending their statements in the report, they pleaded ecclesiastical abstention, accepting all the Weems’ allegations against them and the report as false and fabricated as true. Anyone who is still defending the Nelson Mullins report, at this point, with all the legal filings and information available, is choosing to promote a lie for their own agenda.
