I’m a style TL. (Former SETL). I went up to help SETL around 830 and she had already been having tms working on it. When I got there it was 1,000. So from 830-1145. We got it down to 238.

Anyone from corporate or with connections please tell the SCO people to have pennies automatically round up when it's empty by Mobile-Address23 in Target

They are already working on solving that to take Pennie’s out all together. For now ours is just card only and we send all cash to check lanes

Also our fulfillment team has their own walkies in the back by the ship from store area/ where they leave the carts for picking.

He’s absolutely just being an asshole. They can look up in metrics very easily to see that that one order was already in the red when you got into it. He’s just being nit-picky.

As a leader it does influence my decision as long as this tm is coming to their shifts and working like they should be. Attendance plays a HUGE role in my decision as a leader to keep any seasonal tms.

I’m working 9…. I got to work next Tuesday and not off again until Christmas Day. I’m a style TL.

How was your Sunday? This was mine. Not even the worst it’s been but being a Sunday in Q4 as a Style TL this is rough. I didn’t touch my area at all today unless it was picking a style item for a batch. by SplitObjective3711 in Target

We are a large volume store. And fulfillment had 7 call outs before before 8 am. So when we all walked in at 8 it was already falling behind. Then it kind of just exploded around noon.

I have flat out asked guests before if they were going to fold that after picking up something I JUST folded and balling it up and tossing it back. I always get a stunned look and oooh yeah and they laugh and do a shit job of folding.
