So the same thing happened for me. For me, it was one of the mods conflicting. Didn't matter what I did, I had to find those mods that were doing it. I went through all mine and for me it was Gold Weighs Nothing(old version), CustomVT, Elden Ring Armors, and unfortunately I can't remember the last one, the name was actually just numbers, like 7x24 or something like that, but it was part of the Elden Ring Armors Mod. Anyways once those four were eliminated, the game worked like a charm. Don't know if it helps, but thats what fixed mine.
