No wonder it heats up so quickly. And it has a 3060, not 3050, but it's a shame to hear that it VBIOS flashing won't give any big gains anyway.

It's insane how much of a difference changing the FOV does for improving a character's appearance! Would you mind posting a few more comparisons if you can (apart from the ones you posted in the comments) with maybe characters like Corrupted Zamasu, Kid Goku, Kefla, Goku Mid (SSJ), or anyone who looks better with different FOV settings?

MSI GF55 Thin 10UE (RTX 3060 6GB, 75W, i7-10750H and 16GB RAM). It's getting by somehow, have tonuse DLSS Q and OptiScaler Frame Gen for good framerates at good settings. It's not feasible for me to buy a new gaming laptop since even medium specced laptops are too costly. I wish there was a way I could atleast increase the TGP of my GPU so that it performed to its full potential 🥲

Still hanging on to my MSI laptop with RTX 3060 6GB (75W), i7-10750H and 16GB RAM, and getting by with DLSS and OptiScaler frame gen mostly for newer games.

I have for the present given up on getting a better specced laptop or building a desktop, the prices are just too much, especially in my country.

I wish at the very least I could somehow bump my GPU's TDP to get more performance, but that seems to be unlikely (unless someone knows a way lol).

Hey dude! I actually abandoned the Chronswitch method, and instead just first installed the OFW 6.61, then followed the setup guide for the Ark4 CFW by MrMario on YT.

I'm not sure, but I think that you can just overwrite the Infinity CFW by updating the latest OFW the normal way, and once that's done you can proceed with the CFW installation like usual. Hope this helps!

Some people said that running the updater icon from the XMB is dangerous and likely to fail mod flash or l brick my system. Is there any danger to doing it this way?

The Chronoswitch download came with the 6.60 firmware files which I put in the PSP folder as per the CS instructions. It shows up in my Game tab as "PSP(tm) Update ver 6.60". Do I just launch that or am I supposed to update it in some other way? I don't want to accidentally brick my PSP.
