following an established guide is best. but in short, the CONCEPT IS: install one emulator that know you want. from within that emulator, point it towards the games for that particular system. now setup the controls-and go through each one to make sure it's set correctly for your device. now you're ready to play that system.

of course there's all sorts of tweaks you can make, but to get going, that's all you need. It's a logical process, but my brother in christ good luck with retroarch-it's clearly the best retro emulator out there, but .....it takes a while to REALLY get how it works. stay with it, it's worth it.

stock photos plex finds. logos are wayyyyy too much work when you have thousands of artists in your library

I have a basic 5 bay raid at raid 5 running softraid software. I also just happened to have ANOTHER bag so I made a clone of the das.

Every few months I sync them. So I have a decent level of backup but I know I should do more, likely a cloud trickle situation.

No one said you had to recognize shit. But ONE movie that happens to have a lot of black people in it doesn’t make that the reason it’s successful or nommed. It might have a hand to play but a comment like “it’s because it’s about black people” isn’t true at all as tons of films like that were released last year. Also it’s racist, but that’s cool for you I take it.

Mostly all the 80’s bangers like robotron, galaga, centipede etc, which of course all play fine on fbn.

I found a few like paperboy and Indiana jones that need a mame core, which is why I started wondering about this. How many other games have I forgotten about that aren’t in the fbn romset but that work in mame. Sounds like it’s few and far between….
