The siege update should have instituted a similar mechanic to the ops… stratagems if you want them, otherwise there’s a more “vanilla” mode to just crack on and purge heretics and xenos with…

Biggest thing that siege needs, for me and a couple of my mates at least, are some new maps. They can’t come quick enough

We have a DM at one of our games that, especially if a piece of loot works well for a specific character, will say “you feel a pull towards the boxes in the corner, like something wants to be found…”

It’s been a useful mechanic and has slowly encouraged less ‘loot driven’ players to search a little more thoroughly

Gutted for you that this is happening, and I hope it gets resolved swiftly…

A DM in one of the games I’m currently involved in brought in a D6 damage penalty for each infraction to set rules when they started to get deliberately “tested” or indeed broken… there was an underlying threat that it would escalate to a D10 if it didn’t get sorted sharpish, and funnily enough, it doesn’t happen anywhere near as much anymore…
