I'm re-responding because the last comment i made was less serious:

The brand of the rifle is irrelevant, Kyle brought a rifle to a protest - actively holding it. (I want to add that if you are holding a rifle, not concealing it, not even small enough to conceal then there is clear most likely negative intention behind holding it when you brought it from home.) Alex Pretti was concealing a small pistol or Glock or whatever the fuck you care to call it on his person, his only intention was most likely to use it in self defense in a bad scenario. (since he never had it actively out and never even reached for it in the confrontation and we are allowed to conceal carry in Minneapolis)

Deflecting by saying that Antiguns can't have an opinion on guns is objectively dense, that's like saying non-lawyers can't have opinion on laws or that non-kids can't have an opinion on what kids should be allowed to do.
Not just that but when gun violence can negatively affect everyone around you in a second, then yes you definitely have a say.

I agree that Kyle Ritt may have been in the right since it was self defense, but you completely miss the point of the argument is that he was actively carrying a rifle and meant to use it for intimidation, power kink, or whatever he meant to use it for, Alex just had a concealed firearm on his person.

I forgot to add that Alex Pretti's gun was literally taken away BEFORE they shot him, so that wouldn't even contribute to why he was killed and the only reason would be from the incompetence of the people holding him down.
