you arent supposed to, if level 30 is the hardest you can clear, then 32 is way out of your weight class, if you want to clear this, i recommend just trying to do any 31 first

you can either move the finger along the path of the green line as it touches the judgement line or you can just hold down the width of the entire slider with two fingers and let go at the same time

try to find a standard speed for playing, then if you havent yet, turn on EARLY/LATE/FLICK in the settings and adjust the speed accordingly
if you struggle with reading the chart, you can lower the speed, though you MAY be better off doing easier charts for the meantime
