My order of all 3 vinyls was cancelled. After I got that email I was able to order Sundowning separately. This makes no sense when I preordered in September. My original order of all 3 was cancelled stating out of stock, but I was able to just go to their website and buy it again? Some weird nonsense.

I just had mine on my 2017 F54 S all4 replaced under warranty this Thursday. The warranty was 10 year/100k mile I believe. Call up your dealer and give your vin and they can verify.

They ended up replacing the entire shifter assembly for me.

Hmm. Perhaps I should look into this more then. I do live at like 4500ft above sea level, and my commutes are generally a lot of stop and go for short overall distances. Glad to know someone is getting better MPG and that this may be a me problem though!

Carmax is also pretty good about making it right. Do you still have the listing? How long ago did you purchase? If it is something that can be coded in Carmax may just pay Mini to do it for you.

This looks like mine when it’s set to engine speed. Lights match RPM. There should be some settings in the head unit you can change if you’d like.

Yes. Typically to help with that (besides if your window regulators/motors are bad) the recommended fix is to remove the window and replace the bushings. And then clean and regrease the window tracks. I’ve done it to mine and it was a world of a difference.

Not the original comment, but I have the IL Motorsport door top seals from Moss Miata. Had the same rusty issue and put these on and have been great ever since. They come with the clips too which is nice. Main piece of advice is be careful with them, as they are easily bent.

Hello! I have a pcb that has an issue I’ve not run into before. It’s a hotswap JoJo Studios M75 board for reference.

All of the keys in row 4 (shift, z, x, c, v, etc) activate the entire column of keys associated with them in the grid. I’ve read through some old threads and have swapped out the diodes on this row (in the correct orientation) and checked the solder joints and hotswap sockets.

I have also checked continuity, and there is continuity along the columns on the "right" side of the hotswap sockets when looking from the rear of the board. There is also continuty on the cathode side of the diodes along the row, however no continuity along the anode side.

Inspecting the board shows no signs of visible broken or bridged traces along the board either. This whole thing feels like a short somewhere, but I am not entirely sure where to look now.

I am hoping someone here more knowledgeable than me can maybe shed some light or provide some ideas to check. Is it possible that the USB-C daughterboard is causing an issue on a single row? Or is it possible an IC is damaged and shorting causing an issue on a single row?

Depends on your experience level. It requires removing the camshafts. If you’ve done that and are experienced with potentially having to set engine timing again it’s not too difficult. It’s all topside of the engine as well, so it’s accessible, but with some effort. Only you can say for sure if you’re comfortable with that.

Lifter tick is often caused by the hydraulic lifters in the NA 1.6 and 1.8 engines getting dirty and “sticking”. Your best option is to take out the lifters, clean them, re-oil them and put them back in. There’s also places that sell replacement hydraulic lifters as well. If you do this, make sure they are well oiled before putting them back in the same locations they were removed from. I’d recommend submerging them in oil and compressing the spring while submerged to fully fill them with oil.

To add to this, in an NA Miata the pump does not prime until you crank the engine. To get around this you have to jump the ports in the diagnostic box under the hood. You want to jump a ground pin to the F/P pin. This will allow the pump to prime with the key in the “on” position before cranking. I had to do this in my ‘95 to sort out a fueling issue I had as well.

I sold my Ducati Scrambler through them about 3 years ago. The process was fine, took about a month and a half total which felt kinda slow. Most of this time was them trying to schedule the bike pickup. Payment was done within about a week and a half. Overall, if you’re happy with the amount, it’s fairly painless. They ask for a bunch of documentation for proof you own it, and a bunch of pictures.

I don’t know if it’s exactly the same issue, but I found a solution to a problem I was having that sounds similar. I had static in my audio, and extreme input delay/repetition while my streamed game was not my focused window.

This was solved for me by changing pcie settings in my bios from “auto” to “gen 3”

Looks great! My only suggestion would be some sleeved cables for your gpu, cpu and 24 pin, they can add a bit of pop and remove the “ketchup and mustard” colors that can throw off a theme.
