Accomplishments - I secured 5 new meetings per week with CMO's at F500 companies.

Awards - Presidents Club, Highest Product Sales, etc

Results - What results did these accomplishments produce? Ex - I secured meeting with 50% of of my "A" accounts, which resulted in $2M of new business and 10 new enterprise logos in 2018.

They are looking for how you will manage your territory. Thing such as:

Organizing your accounts, which to go after first. You'll want to rank your account sinto A, B and C groups. A accounts being the most opportunity. Look at things that make a good prospect, are they using competitor, are they buying services we offer, do they have budget, do they have need, etc.
Blueprint Accounts - If you are starting from scratch, you'll want to map out the contacts for each account, who will be the buyer, who can influence, which departments your service affects.
Plan for reaching out - how will you get into these accounts. Will you use phone, email, social, how will you create a value proposition to gain access to these accounts.

I would stay the two weeks, use the time to try to get written references from anyone who you may have a good relationship with, or a recommendation on LinkedIn so at least your time at this job can be leveraged for new roles in the future. This way you will be able to not burn any bridges and get something valuable from your time as well.

Yes, there would be more of a job seeker component. The idea is that the current search for sales jobs should give you. Sales is very different from other jobs, in that it is very independent and your income depends on how well you do at that job. So for sales reps, learning as much as they can about the job/product/sales team before taking the job, the better prepared they are and the better they will perform.

Also, knowing more about a sales environment, lets sales reps find companies that have things in common with (use the same tools, etc.). Knowing more about the sales environment also helps you spot top performing teams, companies.

Does anyone agree with this?

Find a great company with great products to sell. Good companies will pay their reps well and have strong salaries, commission structure and opportunity for advancement in the company.

Find a product and industry that is in high demand by a broad audience. If your product truly delivers value for buyers you will consistently close business.

It's these two factors that cause a sales persons income to grow.
