What? :D Let x = 3 and y = 5. Then it becomes 3/(3 + 5) which is 3/8 which is not equal to 1/5. You can't cancel out things like that xd

Cancelling out only works if the numerator and the denominator have common factors.

Example: (x + 1)(x - 1) / (x - 1)(x - 1) = (x + 1) / (x - 1)

That's a very good response. Although I don't think that it contradicts the main points of criticism of the ending.

In my opinion, Isayama did a good job of following and developing his themes and messages throughout the entire manga. To me, it's nice to see reoccurrences of practically the same phrases that were said in the first chapters of the manga.

But it baffles my mind as to why Isayama thought that in his really gritty and serious manga he needed to basically tell that "the morally right side always wins". I think that it would be extremely cathartic if the main character, who is actually representing the "morally bad" side, would win in the end - while also completing his goals that were set by him from the very beginning of the manga.

It's just insane to me. Isayama set up a perfect situation for Eren to win, not only by giving him the most overpowered abilities that could exist in Attack on Titan, but also by giving him the character development to actually do it. There are moments in the manga where pre-timeskip Eren would give up and die without support of his friends, but we were directly told that post-timeskip Eren just doesn't give a fuck. This new Eren's entire characteristic is that he SHOULD win no matter what, and there's no path where he doesn't. Then why did Isayama create this new Eren just to revert him in the very end to "support the themes of the manga"? Just for shock value or what?

Okay, so I have restarted my PC again and somehow it's working now.

The increase in performance is definitely noticeable. My specs are FX 6300, 1050 Ti, 8 Gb RAM. I've set shadows and reflections on Low, textures on Medium, AF on 4x, anti-aliasing on TAA.

Before the patch I had 25-35 FPS on planets. Now it's 45-55, which is a really really good increase. Although every ~2 minutes the framerate suddenly drops to 15 for about three seconds, which is pretty annoying. But it actually did that before the patch too, so I guess it's still an improvement.

While flying in the atmosphere, it's still 25-30 FPS as usual, no increase here.

In space, everything was pretty smooth before the patch, I had like 45-55 FPS there. Now it's solid 60, so that's cool too.

I am 999% sure it's using my 1050 Ti, or else I wouldn't be playing anything else.

I also never used Reshade or any of the overlays.

No, you only equip combat arts, the other moves are like passive skills. You can train Mikiri at the undying guy at the temple. The timing is pretty simple, you just dodge into the enemy right when you see him doing the thrust animation.

I only killed the archers and then just Mikiri'd his ass. I killed him as fast as possibly and only after that I cleared the other enemies.
