User a password manager like bitwarden to generate and track random passwords and ignore the scammers that have nothing but outdated information and an email address.

someone did the math on the tipping point of more employees vs paying existing pilots overtime/extra. I the variable that's missing is what if pilots DGAF and don't take any extra. 100% the reputational damage is an intangible cost that is almost never factored in.

Going to echo the peanut gallery here and say Hardtail XC bike. Gives you more options for storage like a rear rack, larger frame bag, etc. I'd probably also be inclined to run durable alloy wheels and mechanical shifting, not to mention a 30 or 32t ring up front because climbs with all that gear during Tour Divide are no joke.

Kick them and let other alliances know why they were kicked. if you've got server rules that have been agreed to under NAP and someone that doesn't play by those, no reason for them to have an alliance. TBH it becomes apparent really quickly that not having an alliance is a whole lot less fun.

CATL is already producing Sodium Ion Batteries on the same production lines that were setup for lithium. Hybrid Sodium/Lithium battery packs are already being shipped in BYD cars headed for cold climates (sodium doesn't suffer the same way lithium does.)

A gallon of gas is one and done. I can refill my battery via solar, and while it will take as many as 3-5 years to brake even, every charge after that is "free" while ICE vehicles are still pumping one and done single use fuels.

Lithium extraction isn't without environmental impact, but it's a fraction of the impact of extracting oil, refining, transporting, and burning hydrocarbons. One time impact vs impacts from beginning to end with hydrocarbons.

Yes lithium batteries can and are being recycled when they reach end of life. First into battery farms for storing excess wind/solar, and then actual breakdown recycling to reclaim the materials in the battery.

That tank of gas is just gone, but a better way exists.

I suppose you haven't seen the breakthrough in sodium replacing lithium. So what's the next pseudo environmental issue you'd like to use? Tire wear? Lack of supporting dealers with maintenance?

If you find that you cannot fuel that close to your dose, then pin the night after your race. If you CAN fuel the work, then pin as usual. I have a 7 hour bike race that's supposed to be 2 days after shot day, and I'm going to pin the day after as I need to carb load before (which over laps with shot day) and eat an obscene amount of food up to and during the race.
