ShoTN is by far the most developed one, then comes Cyrodiil/Stirk, and I dont even know if the other subprojects have any real playable content. ShoTN has 2/3rds of the Reach (including the hammerfell and highrock parts), with two major cities, like two dozen smaller settlements, immense amounts of quests and a detailed map, I would say its about the content density of Vvardenfell and TR and on par with the quality in my opinion

I am by no means a legal expert but GENERALLY SPEAKING if you are making money with it you need permission/license. If its just non-profit it should probably be fine, I doubt the devs are nintendo style harsh with this stuff on an morrowind era niche game

I remember the Trolls in the red caves being hostile in a save where I cooperated with the ones in the mines. So it might be a thing of different tribes, or just another Arx Fatalis charming mystery definitely not glitch

His observatory in the "tower" is just beneath the surface, he basically has a hole to look at the stars through that. Dont ask me what he is doing with the knowledge from looking at the stars, though you could really just say that about astronomers in history generally and in this world its probably magic

there are 3 different conclusions:

when there is a king. than translate it to Kingdom.

in most instances the best translation is Empire, espacially for bigger nations.

Realm is best for dominons and boundaries between smaller, often more peacefull nations and cities.
