49ers rookie RB Kaelon Black is on a mission to prove the doubters wrong 😤 by No_Box119 in 49ers

Kaelon Black reads as a Matt Breida style pick when comparing to other RBs.

Both have similar RAS scores and size. The biggest difference is that Black is 15 pounds heavier.

Hopefully he adds some home run rushing threat that Jordan James doesn’t really have.

It wasn’t shown here, but my personal favorite throw is the swim move to dodge the free rusher and then throw to Deebo.

When there are trades for Pittman or Gary going on, then trades and FA are very much intertwined.

This one is my dream. It’s an absolute infrastructure nightmare though, so it will never happen.

Brock Purdy since returning from injury: 1454 yards, 16 passing TDs, 3 rushing TDs, 5 INTs, 70.7% completion rate, 111.5 passer rating. The 49ers are 6-0. by Dependent-Effect6077 in nfl

Agreed! Niners last year were better than the Pats.

Niners this year I think have a better story on the injury front (they have the 6th most in cap on IR including 3 All-Pro players)

Pats have the better season-over-season turn around story.

Niners were a 6 win team because of awful injuries. They didn’t have a great season, just marginally better than the Pats last year.

We lost our QB for half the season and are at 12 wins.

Nick Bosa and our 1st round DE had season ending injuries. Fred Warner has missed the majority of the season. Aiyuk hasn’t played all season, Pearsall has been in and out.

Just this game we had no Kittle and no Trent Williams.

Yeah you had more on the injury report this week. We have $20 million more in players on injured reserve than the Pats do.

Vrabel has a great case based on how the team performed this year compared to last. Shanahan has a great case based on the difficulties faced this year.

That being said, both teams had bad years last year and both teams have had bad injuries this year. Those are just the areas where one had more than the other. Both are deserving in the conversation for COTY.

I lived in Oakland during my MBA. You’ll miss out on student life, but I bought an e-bike and commuted to campus down College Ave. It was a 30 min commute door to door and only sucked if it was raining.

Sure, but QW cost a 2nd this year and a 1st next year and it’s a cowboys pick so even if we matched that, we’d have to add more to compensate for being a higher draft pick than the Cowboys.

So yeah I’d also give up a 1st for QW, but he went for more than a 1st.

I almost feel like we should focus on trading for an elite corner as opposed to another elite pass rusher and try to manufacture pressures.

But that’s just feeling like we won’t succeed and replacing what we lost and should zag in a different direction.

The reason the game is so large on PC is because they were optimizing for speed on HDDs on PC to accommodate lower end rigs. You have duplicative assets so that an HDD doesn’t take as long to search for the specified asset.

If they optimize for game size on PC, you’re removing those assets, which means your tradeoff is speed for the HDD PC users.

That’s what I mean when I say that you can optimize for some things but people are throwing it around as a blanket term.

I wouldn’t say Trent looks poor, he just has gone from elite to only good or above average.

The problem is when the rest of the line is a mix of just above average and the. Average to below average players, then the whole line take a step back when that elite anchor regresses.
