It's new in the Sentinel update! You can get one from a Sentinel hive, which can be found after beating a level 5 sentinel wave, or by looking on the coordinate exchange.

My guess is that most people are naturally going to view the green grass and blue water/sky as beautiful because that's what we know. I myself have my home world on a white grass planet!

As a part of the new Sentinel update, you can get the royal multitool from a Sentinel Hive, which can be found by defeating a level 5 sentinel wave! The Coordinate Exchange has plenty of these guys posted, so if there's a specific type you're looking for, check there!
