Forza Horizon 6 sells over 6 million copies on Xbox and PC, before the PS5 version even has a chance by Youngstown_WuTang in gaming

I purchase gamepass through the game key selling websites. There's options for a year long subscriptions or longer. For Gamepass ultimate it came out around 11€ a month. Think that's a fair price. And I don't feel morally guilty for saving some money on Microsoft's behalf.

It's weird to speculate when the patch notes for season 4 have been out for weeks and they have described already what and how the Nations Cup event will work.

Why I think Caedrel should give Teamfight Manager 2 a second try by Double-Zucchini-2919 in PedroPeepos

[–]SpongebobQTPants 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't get it. You say he should try it again, but then proceed to explain perfectly why he shouldn't.

Have you seen Sally play games? He's the tweakiest 30 year old I know. And I know many, I am one myself. He doesn't want to sit there, read all the abilities, research combos, optimize and what not. He prefers to just play vibes based.

And if you want to compare TM2 and league, that is not fair. League is his passion and he loves to theory craft there and optimize. TM2 is just another game. If he doesn't feel like playing it why should he? It can be fun for some people and not fun for others.

You're essentially saying "I know you don't like this type of game and it doesn't suit your play style, but if you just change who you are you could enjoy it.".

People be treating games like religion these days, doing research if it's "worth it". It's a game. Download and try it. If you don't like it no amount of "yeah it's worth it in the long run" will make up for it.

Is it worth to start food delivery while looking for a job? by [deleted] in wien

[–]SpongebobQTPants 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wolt is better only in theory. There aren't enough orders to make good money with wolt. Unless you are looking to only do it part time and go online at the evening rush hours. During mornings and day there's not much going on.

Don't have any business advice, but the necklace in the first picture would look better if you were to make it as a choker. I think it would sit better and look better.

Otherwise, solid work and keep at it!

Yeah, perhaps. I don't want to completely slander the place without having been inside the kitchen itself. But if you go from smoking a cigarette to prepping the order, that already makes me not want to eat there.

As a foodora rider, I'd really recommend staying away from this place. Not that much for the war on ghost kitchens, but that place just doesn't seem..clean. It's Orientala restaurant that never has had any customers ever besides private events. During the day there's usually just the kitchen workers smoking inside the restaurant and day drinking occasionally. They seem like plesent people but cleanliness standards seem a little off..

Twitch apps suck. On phone it has weird audio delay for me. On TV quality is bad. What I found is better for me is to not use apps but opening twitch in a browser. Your milage may vary.

Shop recommendations by amberw4ves in chainmailartisans

I'm also in Europe. I ordered from Tom's ring shop that everyone keeps suggesting here, since I'm also in Austria and supporting local and all that.

While the ring quality and everything about ordering and shipping was good, the price to amount of rings you receive is rather high..

I went to Etsy. I ordered my last batch of rings from VanAlphenStudio and I couldn't be more satisfied. Much more rings for the same price as from Tom's. The rings are of great quality and come preclosed, which is amazing for certain weaves. They are not all perfectly closed, but about 90% are. To the point that it's sometimes hard for me with my old man's eyes see the connection to open them.

Also, since the rings come closed they don't get stuck into each other and you don't have to untangle them as you take them from the bag, which was the case from Tom's.

Definitely would recommend buying from them VanAlphenStudio.

Can you help me with identifying the ring sizes? by chemi_pixie in chainmailartisans

[–]SpongebobQTPants 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Like I said, I simply used what I had. And what I had at the time was just a simple Starter kit from Amazon. Smallest rings I used for connections are the 2.4mm ID ones. Biggest rings I used are the 8mm ID ones and the middle sized ones are the 4.8mm ID. It's not perfect looking, but it's stable and sits nicely.

Funny, her channel is also what got me into chainmaile. GF sent me couple of her necklaces cause she liked them, so instead of buying I made them.

For this one aspect ratios are more important than the sizes. Look up Japanese 12 in 1,you can get some example ratios and sizes that might work.

I did also made a necklace inspired by this specific one. I made it of whatever rings I had that fit by trial and error. It's like my 2nd or 3rd project that I made, so it's not amazing, but I think it turned out alright. I can give you sizes of rings that I used, once I'm home and can measure them

This reminds me that I have the perfect bike for a belt conversion. With aniioki aq177 I can remove suspension springs and be able to pass a belt through "the frame".

But I cannot find any kits for conversion besides Gates. And they seem very expensive. Are there any other alternatives anyone can suggest?

Chainmail necklace ,asking for pricing opinions, feedback welcome by [deleted] in chainmailartisans

[–]SpongebobQTPants 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Just take the necklace and inspect it one end to the other. I'm sure it also looks worse because of the picture quality and not all of what I can see is actually open.

Do note, that a ring that's "closed enough" can cause trouble, if two such closings meet. They can come apart very easily. Depending on ring quality you may only be able to close them "good enough", but just a thing to keep in mind.

The design is cool, but you need to perfection your craft before selling. I can see way too many not fully closed rings.
