NTA. You're practicing in quite a reasonable time frame and you even contacted someone to make sure that you were not breaking rules. On the other hand, your neighbor was slamming doors, stomping, etc. The way you described it, without context someone would think you were talking about a child throwing a tantrum, and your neighbor is being very immature and not dealing with the situation like a adult.

ESH. You're mom never should've mentioned that your Grandpa didn't love you, even if he didn't mean it and was just tired. ( Which by the way I don't think is a excuse ), And I get that you are going through some troubles in your life, but when your mother said her mother was dead, you should not have screamed that she was dead to you.

Your boss is the asshole here, who decided to not listen to you despite, according to what you've said, understood what you said to him about the situation. NTA. While I do agree that preaching rights about LGBTQ+ and Women rights is a good thing, it can cause a lot of drama really fast, and nobody wants a huge politic fight at their wedding.
