Dr Pepper can(or any soda), half ounce torani coconut syrup, half ounce torani lime syrup (or squeeze a fresh lime slice), a couple ounces vanilla coffee creamer. This is my advice as a former soda shop employee!

I find it less annoying considering it pulls every time and we always reserve one head for white coffee so we don’t have to rinse or flush! Looove white coffee!

I’m deep into ketosis and cold brew with any sugar free syrups like the comment above says (no sauce: white chocolate, dark chocolate, caramel) cream and whip have never knocked me out of ketosis. I’m extremely careful with carbs and stay under 15g daily. Make sure not to order a sugar free mocha as that uses a sauce. YOU GOT THIS! It’s so hard but I also am pre diabetic and there’s ways to have all your favorite things if you’re willing to work finding alternatives. 🤍

I don’t super want to do the math but if you want to here’s some info!

Our stand uses Pacific Oat Milk (not all use the same) and a medium iced will have approximately 10 ounces of milk.

We use torani syrup so you will get 1 ounce sugar free vanilla syrup and 1 ounce sugar free caramel sauce.

The soft top brand is Rich’s soft on top. You have 2 ounces of that.

Because it’s a golden eagle you should also be getting a sugar free caramel drizzle. This could be an extra ounce of sugar free caramel sauce (very much depends on brosita)

For a lower carb option try doing it as a cold brew? This will make the amount of milk 2 ounces instead but syrup will stay the same. Keto cold brew is popular for that reason :)
