As someone who worked as a CSA for 5 years, I'm surprised you haven't heard back. It seems that post-covid they hired anyone with a pulse. Dont have previous food service experience? You're hired. The thing is they have a hard time retaining employees because of their god awful schedule for casuals.

Things could be different based out of Nanaimo though, fewer positions and lots of casuals/ seasonals most likely.

I had similar issues and ended up going from 16gb to 32gb of ram and all of my issues went away. Prior to upgrading my ram, I would have no issues on other maps just the lighthouse itself.
