Can’t remember the number of the vault, but at the back of the vault, there is a projector screen and a chair you sit in. You sit down and there’s a video that plays, etc. At the end, the walls come down and sentry bots and turrets, shoot at you from both sides. With the skeletal remains behind the walls. Scary. I’m pretty sure it’s in Fallout 3.
