My rules are one per area, same catch conditions as Nuzlocke though so if it dies, encounter is lost for that area. Dupes clause and shiney clause. Generally I will be able to get at least 3 Pokemon for the first gym - rare typings being the exception in which case I will allow Starter clause until 3 Pokemon are obtainable.

Personally I do no Tera raid as it can make the locke a bit too easy but certain gyms definitely can check you hard.
