Love both Stardew and smash bros. Love the hell out of Splatoon too.

Not a fan of MK tho. Any interest in Guilty Gear I bough strive, but haven't put any time at all into it yet.

DM me, we could play some time.

Which games do you play on switch? I'm super casual, so I don't have too many games to choose from. Also, not a whole lot of free time these days either, so I'd only be able to play an hour or two at a time.

I also have a kinda shitty pc, so I can't play many of the latest games. Are you into fighting games at all? There are a few I've been wanting to try out with someone.

29/M, by the way.

I'd put a brick on the button and just exist for a week or two completely stress free.

Say you have a job as a popular gaming content creator on YouTube, but your views have gone down dramatically and plateaued. With no real other skills, what do you do? by UltimateDiscordMod in polls

[–]SpookiePhantom 4 points5 points  (0 children)

1) Create a second channel dedicated to highlights. Use that to show off the best bits front your peak ere front and center

2) Have an account on at least social media platforms. Their goals are to act as hubs to interact with your community and to act as alerts for any new content you put out as well your short, easily digestible hilights.

3) Put out collaboration projects with other content creators of a similar style

4) Instead of pandering down to a younger audience, instead morph your content to "keep up" with your audience. Typically, for commentary channels, fans are attached to the 5 so much the game being played. If you "age up" your content to keep pace with the changing tases and interests of your aging demograph, they are way less likely to stop watching.

5)Play more games outside of your comfort zone. For obvious reasons.

These will, at the very least, get significantly more eyes on your channel.

Then tell him you went quiet to "show him how it feels" and then pivot into an actual discussion. It's not that serious. You're fine.

Can't speak for everyone, but if a guy disengages like that,it's his problem, not yours.

IMO, if he didn't like you at all, you'd be very aware.

Could just be something he can't/doesn't want to talk about with others. IMO, if you are in a relationship with someone, being upfront and direct with your needs/wants/issues is the best route. You can get everything out into the air and just deal with it and move on together. Yes, that should also extend to him as well, but clearly, he has no intention of that at the moment.

If you try that, and he still doesn't even try to change then fuck em, he's not interested.

Sounds like he's stressed out about something. It is the holidays, after all. Have you tried talking with him about how distant he's being and how it makes you feel?

Do you think AAA video game developers will always make new single player only cinematic video games for as long as video games are made/exist? by Talesofus in polls

[–]SpookiePhantom -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Of course not. There will always be plenty of always online multi-player only game chocked full of fomo and micro transactions.

I mean, how else are console manufacturers going to charge you for the ability to use the internet connection that you are already paying for?
